PRASTEL was established in 1980 and specialises in designing and manufacturing electronic systems for automation, access control and security.

PRASTEL is the market leader in radio technology, optoelectronics, contactless identification and microprocessor-based electronic cards.
Following a restructure in 2011, all engineering, warehousing and manufacturing are located in the south of France, in La Ciotat (Marseille). 

Today, PRASTEL France focuses on research & development and has continued its expansion into over 30 countries.
