Meet the Expert: Jason Swift, Technical Manager


At Rolling Center, we pride ourselves on being Yorkshire and the North’s largest independent supplier of gate automation, gate hardware and access control solutions. Combined, our team has over 65 years’ technical and industry expertise, using our knowledge to provide free technical support, bespoke training and practical advice on all aspects of our products and the brands we supply.

With this in mind, we’re delighted to welcome Jason Swift to the RC family, as our new Technical Manager.

Jason has a strong background in the gate automation industry, initially starting his career in 2005 in security systems, followed by 10 years’ experience in on-site installations - ranging from small residential properties, to large industrial and commercial sites. He’s spent the last six years in a breakdown and maintenance role, which helped him develop his skills in fault-finding and diagnosis.

Of his new role at Rolling Center, Jason says:

Having over 15 years on site experience has given me a good core knowledge on a wide range of manufacturers’ equipment including Videx, HikVision, Nice, Beninca, Honeywell, Paxton and many more. I will now be looking to use my expertise to come up with fast, reliable solutions to any technical issues that Rolling Center customers may be experiencing. I am particularly looking forward to utilising our in-house demo room and show room, for hands-on training and support.”
