The EVOLOOP is a new post mounted laser as an alternative to induction loops for vehicle access and photocells for gate safety, replacing hard work with smart work. Thanks to the 140° field of view, you can configure up to 3 virtual loops independently to fit your application.

The EVOLOOP can trigger not only opening and closing of the barrier, but also activate ticketing and license plate recognition systems. Moreover, it can protect both vehicles and pedestrians (EN 12453 type D), by reducing the risk of contact with the boom in all environments and conditions.

Additional Information

the Evloop has MoWa inside, based on FMCW technology. This measures the distance and speed of objects in its detection field. By transmitting a modulated wave and measuring the frequency shift of the reflected signal, it can detect and classify people and all types of vehicles, whether moving or standing still. Depending on the mounting position and the traffic flow direction you can rotate the sensor. To do so, lift the sensor up and turn it accordingly.

The EVOLOOP adapts to all applications. Whether you need to set up a paid parking system or need protection against collision with the boom, the EVOLOOP has it covered. It can be installed on all types and lengths of barriers, even with skirt or hinged support.

    Install the sensor and plug it. Adjust the rotation angle if necessary.
  • Start a teach-in

    A simple teach-in of the environment and boom results in 2 preconfigured virtual loops within the 140° field of view.

Set up with ease on the physical Evoloop with buttons, or download the Evoloop app for android or apple. Through the app launch a teach-in, configure up to three virtual loops, and visualise them effortlessly. Access installation details, send diagnostic reports, and create and share your favourite settings—all in one seamless experience.

Protection

Choose from the safety protection field on a single or both sides. For both sides, position the loop straight facing, with at least 35cm behind the opposite side of the barrier boom arm. For the single-side position, the Evoloop with at least a 15 cm gap between the barrier boom arm and the start of the detection field.
