The outdoor station circuitry has a built-in lock relay, this reduces the cable requirements to only 4 wires (“3+1”) between the outdoor door panel and the intercom. The reduced cable requirement allows longer cable runs and reduced cable sizes to be used between the two units.
The 436 Door panel is provided with a 3mt length cable.
